The bracelet is a size 7-7.5" which means the circumference on the inside of each band is 7.5". This is the standard size for women.

The care and cleaning of this bracelet should not present any problems since there is not any intricate details or gemstones crafted into the design. Simple cleaning with warm soapy water and polishing with a good quality jewelry cloth should do the trick.
